陶瓷產品本身易碎,因此,我們不承保任何已使用產品的破損,或因不當使用或正常磨損造成的破損。

更換政策

如果您的 ACERA LIVEN 產品是因製造缺陷以外的任何原因(不屬於我們的保固計畫範圍,請見上文)而損壞或毀壞,您將能獲得以建議零售價 (MSRP) 五折購買全新替換品(同款產品或同價格等級)的優惠。此優惠自您購買日起一年內有效,僅限於直接從 www.acerashop.com 購買的產品。

Ceramic Care & Product Characteristics

Our products feature high-quality ceramic materials enhanced with LIVEN tourmaline technology, designed to deliver a pure and refined drinking experience. As with all fine ceramics:

  • Ceramic is naturally fragile and should be handled with care
  • Avoid drops, impact, or strong external pressure
  • Avoid sudden extreme temperature changes (thermal shock)
  • Slight variations in glaze, tone, or texture are part of the artisan process and make each piece unique

What Is Not Covered

To ensure fairness and clarity, the following are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage caused by drops, impact, or accidents after delivery
  • Chips, cracks, or breakage resulting from improper handling or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Minor aesthetic variations inherent to handcrafted ceramics
  • Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions

Replacement Support Program

We understand that accidents can happen. As part of our commitment to our customers, we offer a Replacement Support Program for situations not covered under warranty.

50% Replacement Offer

If your product is damaged due to reasons outside of manufacturing defects, you may purchase a replacement item at 50% off the MSRP.

  • Valid within 12 months of purchase
  • Applies to the same product or equivalent model
  • Available for purchases made directly through our official website

How It Works

To apply:

  1. Email us at hello@aceraliven.com
  2. Provide: Proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item.

In some cases, we may request the return of the original item before issuing the replacement offer.

Important Notes

  • This program is limited to replacements only
  • Refunds (full or partial) are not available under this program
  • Each order is eligible for one replacement claim
