Return & Refund Policy

All Sales are Final

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, including preferences regarding color, size, or design.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@aceraliven.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Please retain the item and its original packaging while we review your request. Requests concerning order issues received more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Replacements & Return Shipping

Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement, subject to availability and your rights under applicable law.

If we require a return, we will provide instructions and cover return shipping costs for the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Your replacement will be dispatched after we receive the returned item, unless otherwise agreed.

Please contact us before returning any item and retain your shipping receipt and tracking details.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Refunds

If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the affected item. Refunds will also be provided for eligible cancellations and where required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider, subject to any applicable legal deadlines.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a refund is required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including any cancellation, return, refund, or warranty rights available under applicable law.
