Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Origin

Orders are fulfilled from our logistics fulfillment center in China.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • North America: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • Asia: 3–8 business days
  • Other regions: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance and local courier conditions.

Shipping Method

We partner with trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and SF Express.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout or upon request.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) – Selected Regions

For certain countries, duties and taxes are included at checkout, meaning no additional payment is required upon delivery.

DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) – Other Regions

For destinations where duties are not prepaid:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities

Failure to pay required import fees may result in:

  • Delivery delays
  • Return or abandonment of the shipment
  • Ineligibility for refunds or replacements

Customs & Regulations

The customer is the importer of record and is responsible for ensuring the product complies with local import laws.

ACERA LIVEN is not responsible for items rejected by customs.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us at hello@aceraliven.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will assist you as quickly as possible.
